Experience & Expertise - 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance - Skilled in Manual, Automation, Performance, and API Testing - Experienced using Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, K6, Charles Proxy, Mockoon - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, E2E testing, and nationwide system deployment - Able to set up scalable QA frameworks, review code, and guide QA teams Scope of Work - Manual Testing: UI flow, API validation, greybox testing, and full E2E verification - Automation Testing: Scalable automation framework (Cypress, Playwright, Katalon, Appium) with reusable components - API Testing: Request/response validation, headers/auth, mock scenarios with Postman, Charles Proxy & Mockoon - Performance Testing: Load, stress, and spike testing using K6 with detailed bottleneck analysis - Documentation: Test cases, test plans, bug reports, API specs, and final QA summary report - Database Validation: Cross-checking business logic and data integrity (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Workflow - Discuss project requirements & objectives - Define scope, test plan, and strategy - Build test cases and/or automation scripts - Execute tests & share regular progress updates - Report bugs with clear STR (steps to reproduce) and supporting evidence - Deliver final test summary report with insights & recommendations - Optional: Ongoing support or retesting after fixes Client Requirements - Access to staging/testing environment - API documentation or system flow (if available) - Database access (if DB validation is required) - Clarification on target platforms (web, mobile, API) - Project timeline & communication preferences Terms & Conditions - Testing will be performed based on the agreed scope - Additional features or major changes may require a revised quote - I do not accept projects involving gambling, adult content, or illegal activities - All deliverables will be kept confidential and used only for project needs
