The quality of work is quite good,(still dont know the impact for the engagement it self, let see) but the attitude is unprofessional. If you are a customer that need something done quickly, it may not be the best choice for you guys. For me who need to report to my team leader it might be so challenging, because i need to search a new vendor in between my order.. thankfully found 2 backups who run really good and communicate with our inhouse content creator.. However, for a trial, it could be worth trying (probably😅) , just be prepared for some communication challenges, temper issue and unappropriate services, please expect some difficulties and need to prepare backup team, if you didnt have any extra team, i think its not necessary to order from this one, a lot mindful and creative creators that can be as fun as teamwork , you can go to this fw another thread is moreee appreciate, i found previous team also better in shoppee , and freelancer, that really systematic and absolutely no high tense since its a creative order that need to be more collab and fruitful ideas, again, be careful for really bad attitude
