Scope of Work Infrastructure Setup: Design and implement stable LAN configurations (router, switch, VLAN, Port Security) for CBT-based testing environments Network Security: Install and configure Mikrotik firewall rules, DHCP binding, L2/L7 filtering, and switch Port Security Traffic Monitoring: Capture and analyze network packets with Wireshark to detect abnormalities and validate configurations Automated Backup: Schedule configuration backups via Mikrotik Netwatch scheduler script Client Reporting: Provide step-by-step explanation, configuration files, and best‑practice documentation Experience & Expertise 3+ years of practical experience in configuring and managing network infrastructure for academic and event environments Skilled in Mikrotik (Winbox/WebFig), Linux server administration, network monitoring, and LAN cabling practices Proven ability to set up secure internet gateways, segregated student/admin networks, and real-time monitoring capabilities Workflow & Delivery Review event or client requirements and propose network architecture Collect data, configure devices, validate connectivity Run trial simulations and capture test results (Wireshark logs, ping, HTTP access tests) Offer continuous updates and client walkthroughs Deliver final network configurations, diagrams, and SOP guidance Requirements from Clients Network schematic or facility layout Access to server hardware or image (for testing configuration) Approval for VLAN/IP planning and port security enforcement Terms & Conditions Not applicable for projects with gambling, adult, or illegal content Confidentiality assured: any sensitive information shared remains private Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of configuration improvements included
