I am disappointed with the experience working with Ms. Putri. The project was delayed by more than one week beyond the agreed timeline. When the Architectural Plan was finally submitted, it still contained many critical deficiencies, including missing AC layout drawings, incomplete electrical diagrams, missing spot density allocations, and other important technical details required for submission and approval. After submission, I asked her to wait until the work had been fully reviewed and approved before requesting payment for the remaining scope. However, she repeatedly requested early payment and applied personal pressure, which was not appropriate in a professional working relationship. For architectural submission work, accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services.
